Una is business intelligence from ExpectAI. It connects the records around your business to help you see money owed, support worth claiming, costs to question and obligations that need attention. The point is knowing what to do first, with the working in view.

Search by your registered company name or Companies House number. Check the registered details, then open that company’s profile in Una. There is no second search.

You can search and open an initial company profile without an account or a bank connection. Public records give a starting point. Your invoices, contracts and payment history are needed to establish details that are not public.

No. A grant match is a reason to check the rules, not an award. A retention needs its release conditions checked. An estimated saving depends on what changes in practice. A useful finding says what the record supports and what it does not.

Company search, business profiles and work on scheme qualification, cost reviews and practical improvements provide the foundations. The Collector, Watchman, Finance Controller and Funder are in development, alongside account connections and weekly briefings. The examples here show how that broader service is designed to work.

A connected model of one business: its company records, contracts, certificates, premises and relationships. The value is in the joins. A certificate expiry matters more when you know which job or payment depends on it. Private balances and unpaid invoices need your own evidence.

You choose what happens next. A finding does not submit a claim, send a chase or commit you to spending. The drafting tools we are building are designed for your review and approval: your name, your wording, your decision.

Calder Mechanical and the product examples are fictional, with invented figures. Published customer stories have their own scope and context. An overdue payment, a possible grant and a recurring saving are different things; we do not add them into one promised total.

Public records give Una a starting picture. Information you provide is handled under our privacy policy. A public search does not connect your bank or authorise sharing private records with a lender.
