Your business. Your records.
Your decision to share.

The company register and your bank statement are different kinds of information. Here is what each can tell us, what stays unknown and where your permission matters.

Search without connecting an account.

Your company profile starts with public information. A search does not give Una access to your accounts, connect your bank or authorise a payment.

01

Public information

The record is a starting point.

Company filings, public contracts, premises and accreditation records can help build the picture. Coverage and publication dates vary. A record about a company is not a complete account of how it trades.

02

What the record cannot tell us

No invoice record, no unpaid balance.

A contract award cannot show an overdue invoice. A payment cannot prove a service is unused. A missing certificate does not prove it has lapsed. Where evidence is missing, the finding should tell you what to check.

03

Information you provide

Add the detail only you hold.

Contracts, invoices and payment history can answer questions public registers cannot. Share information for a clear purpose and read the terms at the point of collection. Account connections are in development; they are not required for the public company search.

04

Your decisions

Your approval comes before action.

You choose which findings to pursue. Reading a finding does not send a letter, submit a claim or authorise spending. Any access or sharing with an institution needs its own agreed purpose and permissions.
